About me
I naturally fall into the role of baker in the household, and my husband is the cook. I started taking more of an interest in cooking when I discovered the world of Japanese home cooking, became more informed about nutrition, and wanted to balance the joy of eating with seeing food as a source of nourishment.
About this site
I started this site as a way to archive what we like to cook and bake—my son came up with the name. ^_^ Here you’ll find recipes we keep on rotation…a bit of everything.
