Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
1 tsp sugar (or honey)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl.

This sauce is especially good over pan-fried or air-fried tofu!
