Overnight Oats

Ingredients

2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
pinch salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit overnight in the fridge. Heat up in the microwave with desired amount of sweetener.


Notes

Sliced bananas or sautéed apples are great additions.
